We will be offering more shipping options very soon.   A tracking number will be provided for your order and this can be tracked via online.    Due to the different laws on supplements and vitamins, it is your responsibility to know what can be shipped to your country and what cannot. If your package is seized by customs, you will not be refunded unless the package is returned to us.

We don’t offer refunds on our products because they are consumable goods and it would be a safety risk for us to resell or reuse the returns in anyway.   However we will refund products that have been unopened and in their original packaging.  This product will inspected by our staff upon receiving the returned products.

Generally speaking, many multi-ingredient pre-workout supplements are safe as an ergogenic aid for most individuals, but it is suggested that athletes investigate the ingredients present in a given pre-workout supplement prior to consumption and consider dosing for size and age. Discussion with your physician is always recommended prior to using any supplement or medication. The primary active ingredient in most pre-workout supplements is caffeine which is both beneficial and generally safe when used appropriately. KNS pre-workout supplements include 225 mg caffeine per 1 scoop serving which is similar to a coffee shop’s 12 oz coffee. Coffee and tea are natural sources of caffeine and can be good
pre-workout drinks themselves with potential health benefits though not everyone enjoys coffee or tea beverages. Vitamins and minerals in relatively high but safe quantities are also usually found in most pre-workout supplements. Creatine, one of the most well-studied supplements with evidence for efficacy and safety for performance, is also included in the KNS pre-workout supplement along with beta-alanine. Methylliberine, a purine alkaloid found in the kucha tea leaf may amplify feelings of energy, mood and focus by activating dopamine receptors and other key neurotransmitters, inhibiting adenosine receptors, all without elevating heart rate or blood pressure.

Whey protein and other whole food sources of protein contain high levels of branched-chain amino acids (BCAA), there may be many instances when extra BCAAs are beneficial for muscle recovery, especially when reducing calories to lose weight or when dietary intake is light during/between competitive fights/matches. Use of BCAAs is better than passive recovery or rest after various forms of exhaustive and damaging exercise related to reduced muscle soreness and better muscle function after exercise.

Nutrition and supplements should be discussed with your physician, dietician and coach when working on making weight. Nutritional supplementation with whey protein may be beneficial for support during caloric reduction for weight loss along with recovery BCAAs, turmeric and vitamin D3/K2 while supplements with creatine may cause water retention and must be considered with caution.

Creatine is a naturally occurring non-protein amino acid compound found primarily in red meat and seafood with most of the human creatine found in skeletal muscle. Creatine is a popular nutritional ergogenic aid for athletes because studies have consistently shown safety and benefits with supplementation regarding improvements in high intensity exercise performance leading to greater training adaptations. Guidance from the International Society of Sports Nutrition recommends that creatine supplementation only be considered for use by younger athletes who are involved in serious/competitive supervised training while consuming a well-balanced and performance enhancing diet and do not exceed recommended dosages.
